3D Truss, Concurrent Manufacturing
and Quality Control
NCI uses the latest generation PCs, with standard office software (including spreadsheet, database, program management and word-processing software) for normal office operations and program control. We (and our consultants) use Pro-E engineering and CAD applications and Pro-E / Mechanica (or equivalent) for finite-element structural analysis and thermal analysis. This allows direct design transfer between NCI and our aerospace system manufacturing clients. CadKey and Solid View, along with the required translation software and hardware, are used for process engineering.

Concurrent Manufacturing
Nu-Cast, Inc. now offers Concurrent Manufacturing,
much more than concurrent engineering.
- Any foundry can make castings from drawings. It takes a very special one to manufacture castings without a complete set of drawings or a CAD file.
- Altough it is not ideal, many times it is the only way to meet your delivery requirements.
- NU-CAST, INC. is very experienced in working closely with your engineers and our toolmakers on a stepped (as information becomes available) manufacturing approach. With on site engineering to assist you in development, our personnel have considerable value analysis experience and can be a major asset in meeting your production needs.
- Our in house tooling, x-ray, penetrant, welding and heat treating facilities, enables NU-CAST to do it all and do it fast.

Nu-Cast is a privately-held company and has been providing aluminum investment castings for commercial / industrial, aerospace and government use since 1986. Our 40,000 sq. ft. building, located at 29 Grenier Field Road, Londonderry, NH, contains offices and manufacturing facilities and equipment to produce a wide range of aluminum-based investment castings. In this facility we also have the ability to work with newer, developmental materials, for both the cast products themselves and the mold and process technologies. Our 130+ employees provide engineering, management and production skills, which are supplemented by outside mechanical and structural engineering consultants as dictated by individual project requirements.
